Magic Carpet Glide requires 24 hours notice for tour rescheduling. Any guest who fails to show for a reservation or fails to give proper notice of cancellation, will be charged the full payment amount.
Just like other vehicles, Segways are waterproof. Therefore, we can still run tours if it is damp or there is a light rain. However, if the weather fails to cooperate, and there is thunder and lightning present, we will have to cancel or discontinue the tour, and you will be refunded the full payment amount.
